Patrick founded Integrec Limited in 2019 with the view to offering a more comprehensive service to businesses looking to hire and for professionals looking to enhance their careers.

Patrick spent his early career as a Professional Golfer which included gaining a Degree in Golf Management and Coaching. This ability to understand peoples aspirations and requirements has helped no end with the transition into Executive Search.

In 2013 Patrick joined a niche Recruitment Consultancy called Anderson Young and worked his way up from rookie recruiter to Lead Global Consultant and built his own internal practice based around the Digital Transformation market.

During this time Patrick would often find intuitive methods to help his clients be more successful in their Searches and has used these methods as the basis for Integrec's methodology - efficient recruitment with minimal pain and hassle for you, the end customer.
